전시 기간 동안 쓰시마의 만조 시간에 맞추어 한국에서 하루에 두 번 전시장에 설치된 전화기로 전화를 걸어 전시장에 있는 관객과 통화를 하였다.
생명체의 몸속에는 기본적인 리듬이 새겨져 있다. 이러한 생체시계는 천문학적 시간과 유기체의 생물학적 시간을 연결시킨다.
대마도의 바다가 만조가 되면 초등학교의 교실에 놓여진 전화기의 벨이 빈 교실을 울리고 우연히 마주친 관객은 수화기를 들어 바다 건너 어느 낯선 사람과 인사를 나눈다.
한시적이지만 살아있는 유기체 처럼, 분할이나 길이를 지향하는 시간의 개념이 아닌, 사람과 사람의 만남이라는 사건을 통한 시간의 리듬 속에서 폐교가 된 초등학교의 건물은 다시 바다와 사람과 함께 숨을 쉬고 이야기한다.

During the exhibition, I called the close-down school in Tsushima twice a day from Korea in time for the rising tide in Tsushima.
Within living organisms, a fundamental rhythm is engraved. This biological clock connects astronomical time with the biological time of organisms.
When the sea around Tsushima reached high tide, the bell of the telephone placed in an elementary school classroom rang, echoing through the empty room. If a coincidental audience member happened to pick up the receiver, they engaged in conversation with a stranger across the sea.
Similar to a living organism, the abandoned elementary school building, not adhering to concepts of division or length but embracing the rhythm of time through events like encounters between people, temporarily came alive. Breathing once again with the sea and people, it shared stories within the rhythm of time defined by human interactions.
