<퀀텀드림>은 이미지라는 환영의 실체를 물리적으로 적나라하게 보여준다. LED디스플레이에 내장된 모든 R,G,B다이오드는, 마치 모든 내장이 뽑힌 것처럼 분해, 연장되었다. 원존 이미지를 추정할 수 없게끔 뒤섞이고 흐트러진 각각의 전구는 어떤 패턴이 있음을 암시한 채 아름다운 빛의 흐름을 만들어 낸다. 재생되고 있는 영상은 우리가 삶 속에서 겪을 수 있는 일상적인 사건들의 기록으로, 출산 장면으로 시작하여, 장례식으로 끝나는 총 9개의 이야기로 구성되어 있다. 소리로 그 내용은 추측 가능하다.

Quantum Dream physically destructs the illusory nature of images. All of the R,G,and B diodes embedded in the LED display have been extracted and extended, as if all the intenal organs had been removed out. Each light bulb is mixed and disordered, making it difficult to estimate the original image, but it creates a beautiful flow of light, hinting at an underlying pattern. The video being played is a record of everyday events that we can all experience, consisting of nine stories that begin with scenes of childbirth and end with funerals. The content of the video can be inferred through sound.
